PERMANENT RESIDENT

Permanent Resident IPA

An American IPA, Permanent Resident has a medium-high bitterness (not typical for the style) that is backed by ripe tropical fruit and citrus with specific notes of orange, candied pineapple and a touch of overripe mango. Enjoy with fatty meats and creamy cheeses.
Pilsner and Vienna malts serve as a base with Columbus as the bittering hop. Late kettle additions are Columbus, Centennial and Chinook and whirlpool additions are Centennial, Chinook and Mosaic. Dry hop charge is Mosaic, Galaxy and Simcoe with Azacca Hopzoil added prior to entry into the brite tank. This beer uses Verdant, our house yeast for ales.
