A decidedly hop-forward beer with a deep copper hue, Shake and Bake is as attractive as it is delicious. If you are looking for a “hoppy”, West Coast or “standard” Pale Ale, this is the beer for you.
Shake & Bake uses Pale Ale, Vienna and Carastan/Crystal malts. The bittering hop is Willamette with late kettle additions of Azacca and Cascade and whirlpool additions of Simcoe, Mosaic and Chinook. This beer uses our house ale yeast, Verdant.
